You get a price before we start. It does not change when the truck arrives.
The Otto’s Garage Door Guarantee
We put our name on every job we do in Tarzana, and that name is Otto. Not a holding company, not a franchise office in another state. Me and my crew stand behind the work with something real: the 90-Day Done Right Promise, written on every invoice we hand you. If something isn’t right, one call brings me back. No runaround, no customer-service queue, no “let me transfer you.” You call, I answer, and I make it right. That’s been the deal since 2004, and it hasn’t changed once.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair and installation. If our work fails because we did something wrong, we come back and fix it. The 90-Day Done Right Promise means exactly that: done right, or we return.
- Parts we install are handled with care and matched to your door. We carry parts for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor, and we don’t slap on whatever’s in the truck just to finish fast. If the part’s wrong for your door, I’ll tell you before we install it.
- Cleanup is part of the job. When we leave your garage in Tarzana, we leave it the way we found it. Old springs, broken cables, packaging, grease smudges: gone. If we left a mess, that’s a call-back under the guarantee.
- On-time arrival or a call explaining why. If traffic on the 101 goes sideways and we’re running late, the person who answered your first call calls you back. You’re never waiting on a nobody.
- The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. I quote on the phone, and I hold that number at the door. If I find something else wrong once I’m on site, I stop and talk to you before any extra work happens. No surprises on the invoice.
Our Satisfaction Promise
If you’re not happy with the work, pick up the phone. That’s not a slogan; it’s the process. Call the same number you called the first time, (818) 431-2466, and you’ll get me, Otto Reinhardt, or someone on my crew who knows exactly who you are and what we did. Tell us what’s wrong. We come back, we look at it, and we make it right. The 90-Day Done Right Promise is in writing on every job, but I’ve never had to wave a piece of paper at a customer. If a door squeaks two weeks after we touched it, we come back and fix the squeak. If an opener acts up a month later, we bring a new part or a new opener, whatever the door needs. No lectures, no fine print. The door either works right or we’re not done.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company behind it. Ours is backed by a state license and insurance, and it’s published. You can look up our license number before we ever park the truck in your driveway, and our address is right there with it. That matters in Tarzana, where a lot of guys with magnetic signs on a pickup are gone by the time a spring fails again. We’ve been in this county since 2004, we’re insured and bonded, and the name on the van matches the name on the license. Otto Reinhardt, Owner, Otto’s Garage Door. Call (818) 431-2466 and ask for me.
